Water is Earth’s most essential resource, and we strive to help customers like you access safe and reliable water. Our community improvement projects aim to improve filtration, provide system flushing, and conserve water through our pilot conservation rates program.

Water Conservation Program
To achieve revenue sufficiency and stability while also sending appropriate efficiency and conservation signals to consumers, Aqua North Carolina — with NCUC approval — is piloting tiered conservation rates with four systems throughout our service territory.
Customers in each affected water system will receive direct correspondence about the conservation rate pilot program underway and that information will be shared here as it is communicated.
