Ways to Pay Your Bill

There are multiple ways to pay your Aqua water and wastewater bill. Read on to learn more about your options, including our Aqua ePortal, which allows you to pay your bill online, as well as ways to pay in person, by mail, by phone and so on!

    You do not need to create a login to view your account balance or make a payment.

    Make a One-Time Payment
  • Avoid a Service Shutoff

    If you have received a shutoff notice and you pay your bill using the Aqua ePortal platform for a one-time payment the same day as the shutoff notice, you must also call Customer Service with your confirmation number to avoid disconnection.

  • Pay in Person

    You can pay your bill in person at any Western Union location for a fee. Western Union agents can help you at your chosen location.

  • Pay by Mail

    You can mail your Aqua bill payment to this address: Aqua, P.O. Box 70279, Philadelphia, PA 19176-0279. Checks only please, made payable to Aqua, plus your state name. For example, if you live in Texas, please make checks payable to Aqua Texas.

  • Pay by Phone with Speedpay

    You can pay your Aqua water bill using a credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover) or by check by calling Speedpay toll-free at 866.269.2906.
